Men's day.

I guess (almost) everyone worldwide knows women's day is celebrated on March 8th. Lots of chocolates are produced, bouquets are given, tributes are done... but I notice these things are used to occurring only during the festive date, and the other days are equally cold.  When it's said about men, knowing about their own day sounds like something impossible to exist, but it's not true. I thought, "there is a day for celebrating everything, and I suppose for men it's not different"... and I was right.

Women are used to being curious, and this case was the same way. Some years ago I decide to do a research on internet, and finally found it: this date is July 15th! Obviously it's not so celebrated as the women's day, but at least there is a day especially for men! It's the date to celebrate in Brazil, and internationally it's on November 19th (I couldn't leave it behind, every human being is equally important, no matter the social condition or nationality). Those who were feeling apart from the group, welcome back! Seize the day, it's all yours, dear!

Of course, this information wasn't spread out as it should, but I'm trying to change it little by little. Every year, when this date comes, I give congratulations to my male friends, and it's always funny seeing them surprised with this news (at least they feel special, and say "thank you"; it's priceless!). When possible, I hug each other and demonstrate my admiration for them.

Well, here goes my humble message: happy men's day for every man, wherever you are!
